Penoplasty with fat grafting
Fat grafting is the procedure of removing excess fat from one area of your body such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, and buttocks. Purified and prepared before carefully injecting it into a targetted area. Hence, penis enlargement or penoplasty with fat grafting is to inject the excess fat extracted from your own body and transferred to the penis in order to increase the girth of the shaft.
To prepare, you will need to:
Stop taking blood thinner medications for at least 4 weeks.
Stop smiking and alcohol consumption 2 prior weeks.
Don’t take diabetic medication the morning of the surgery.
Don’t eat or drink at least 8 hours before the treatment.
During the surgery:
Liposuction will be performed to extract excess fat from one area. Fat that is extracted will be purified and prepared for transfer. A small incision will be made at either the base of the penis and fat will be distributed.
No stitches are typically necessary unless combined with a more invasive implant procedure.
Loose-fitting clothes must be worn following the procedure.
Patients should rest for at least 24 hours after surgery and limit activity for 1 week postoperatively.
No sexual intercourse for up to 2 weeks.
Swelling and bruising might stay for the first 2 weeks.
Limit walking, prolonged standing/sitting, and heavy lifting in the first week.
Patients should refrain from strenuous exercise for 1 month.
Improvement will be noticeable immediately. Do note that there might be some degree of fat reabsorption after the transfer.
Possible risks include:
• Scar tissue formation and consequent retraction with loss of penile length
• Minor pain, swelling, and possible bruising after surgery
• Infection of the surgery site is a very rare possibility (covered with antibiotics)
• Variable to no results
