Threadlift (Brow/Double Eyelid)
A procedure that involves the use of sutures to subtly create a lifted effect instead of surgically removing loose skins. It has a pulling and tightening effect of the area. The thread can, in fact, provoke the body’s healing response and thereby produce a surge of collagen which is critical to the aging process.
A fuss-free and quick procedure.
After careful planning, a numbing agent will be applied to the area of treatment. Threads will then be carefully and skillfully placed. the number of threads depends on individual considerations and outcomes.
Expect some bruising and soreness which would usually resolve on its own.
Try to avoid heavy and strenuous activity or aggressive face movement until you have fully recovered.
It is also recommended not to sleep on your side or face down. Sleep facing up and if possible, sleep with a facial compression bandage for about 2 weeks.
The result may be visible from just a single treatment and can last until the threads are absorbed by the body which usually takes place in about 12 -14 months.
